How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you have placed your order, please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed.

Depending on the product, your parcel may take 5 - 6 weeks to arrive for most US orders during COVID-19 pandemic. International orders may take slightly longer to arrive.

Payments & Refunds:

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal payments.

Do I need to have a Paypal account to make payment?
No, it is not necessary to have a paypal account to make your payment.

Why do I get redirected to only Paypal website to make payment?
After you click complete order, you will be redirected to Paypal where you can do a Paypal Guest Checkout, when you click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" below.

With this, you do not need to create a Paypal account, and the payment will be deducted from your credit card.

Paypal is just a host platform for our payment system. They do not withhold any of your information when you use the Guest Checkout.

What qualifies for a refund?
We only offers refunds for damaged items (under manufacturing faults) or missing parcels. 

Should you require a refund, drop us an email at contactlemplus@gmail.com with an attached image of the broken or defective item (if applicable) and your order number within 7 days after receiving the goods. We will immediately email you on the status of your refund after investigating the issue. 

Why haven't I received my refund?
Your refund may take some time before it is fully processed.  
If you have yet to receive your refund, take the following actions:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank
If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contactlemplus@gmail.com.

Orders & Shipping:

Where is the item coming from?
The majority of our inventory is shipped from our warehouse in China, with a few selected items from other distributors in other countries, including in the United States. That being said, sometimes your order may come in different packages at different times. 

Can I cancel my Order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours after you've placed your order.

Please send us email at contactlemplus@gmail.com if you wish to cancel your order and we will process the cancellation free of charge.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Currently, we offer free shipping with no minimum order amount.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide!
